Here’s the location of the conference, from the outside. It was an amazing building and the days following the conference had the San Mateo festival, which was awesome. There were fireworks at this building every night.
The city had an interesting mix of architecture. There was the new with the old, the contemporary and the modern.
Here’s a train station in the city – very, very cool architecture.
The surrounding environment was beautiful. Just stunning.
Here’s the area around the house we rented. We’ve got some shots of the backyard, the front yard, and a nearby fountain.

I saw this guy and something struck me about. So sad, and yet holding a collection of helium-filled balloons.
I don’t even know what this is, and you don’t want to see where the kids come out.
These looked so delicious I just couldn’t help but get a photo.
Love the city during the day, and loved it at night. Just awesome.
Had an amazing time with our friends out and about. Lots of great wine and amazing food.
